This website was set up to advise AND warn everyone about what you may experience one day and to gather information from those that have already experienced the worse than poor "service" at the Halifax building society/bank. I believe the world should know about this. Soon there will a forum on Facebook where more people can join in. A YouTube video about the same time. I am more than just angry and would like to hear from as many people as possible that have witnessed similar stories to get in touch. A good collection will make a great television documentary for early spring next year (2012).
As I don't have much spare time the main story this year will be that of the web site owner. The way the Halifax rep spoke to me would make it appear that they don't care at all. Quite clear they are used to many complaints. "the case of the vanishing cheque" will have been running longer than some west end plays !
